The project of the Palace in Via Montenapoleone 23, concerns a building with two street fronts: one in Via Bigli 16 and one in Via Montenapoleone 23, a facade
subject to the Superintendence.
The building has five floors above ground and one underground for a total built surface of 2,500.00 square meters.
The intervention on the property is inspired by the “conservative reuse”, therefore a set of works that aim to combine a restoration project with a reuse project that aims to revise the interior spaces, but also those relating to the inner courtyard of the building. Every detail, from the lighting fixtures to the bespoke cabinetry, reflects client’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship, embodying the brand’s prestigious heritage and forward-thinking vision.

The Palazzo di Via Montenapoleone 23 project concerns a building with two street-facing facades: one at Via Bigli 16 and one at Via Montenapoleone 23, a facade subject to restrictions by the Superintendency.
The building has five floors above ground and one basement for a total built surface of 2,500.00 square metres.
The intervention on the building is inspired by the "conservative reuse", therefore a set of works that aims to combine a restoration intervention with a reuse project that intends to review the interior spaces, but also those related to the inner courtyard of the building."
