Via Govone 66
Via Govone integrates into the urban fabric of the Ghisolfa neighborhood by adhering to the perimeter alignment guidelines of the city of Milan.
Terrazze di Govone is a building renovation project that involves the complete demolition and reconstruction of a structure in the Ghisolfa district, located in the northwestern part of Milan.
The aim is to construct a new 10-story residential building comprising 62 apartments with various layout options. The ground floor will be designated for services, and there will be two underground floors housing parking, cellars, and technical rooms.
The project considers the reclamation of the existing building's surface and the equalization of the necessary surface to complete the Building Curtain. The distinctive "double skin" facades feature a striking contrast between the light frame system of the loggias and the solid form of the main building.

More about this project
"Light and sunshine for all apartments. The project benefits from the site’s solar orientation allowing all 4 facades to receive direct sunlight at various moments during the day. This favours the presence of loggias and balconies throughout. Variations in solar orientation is expressed through the density of pilasters which also correspond to a more public, street side facade and a more private garden facade."
"Le Terrazze di Govone 66 will be created in a reserved and elegant context a few steps from Piazza Firenze and next to Scalo Farini in total redevelopment with the creation of Milan's largest park. Between Corso Sempione and Via Cenisio, the area is full of services and conveniences for all kinds of needs: public transport, primary schools, middle school, supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and green areas will be just a few steps away from your next home, with the advantage of living in a quiet, traffic-free street. The area is served by the new Lilla underground line (Cenisio stop) and several surface lines, including line 78 right under the house."
