Brioni Showroom
The palace houses the brands of the Kering group, a French multinational, including Balenciaga, which has its flagship store at this address. The Balenciaga maison occupies a portion of the basement floor, the ground floor and the first floor on Via Montenapoleone. Brioni, on the other hand, the reference brand for 'classic men's' clothing, occupies the entire second floor, third floor and fourth floor of the building used as a showroom.

The Palazzo di Via Montenapoleone 23 project concerns a building with two street-facing facades: one at Via Bigli 16 and one at Via Montenapoleone 23, a facade subject to restrictions by the Superintendency.
The building has five floors above ground and one basement for a total built surface of 2,500.00 square metres.
