ING Direct
This ING store in Monza, opened in 2011, was the 13th italian store for the company. It has an efficient and rational layout. Thanks to it, all the areas of the bank, such as the waiting area, the withdrawal or the automated cash payment area, the selfservice area, the informative video area, thefast consultancy offices and those dedicated to longer meetings have become more pleasant and welcoming.
Brightness, transparency, absence of enclosed spaces and doors are central elements to foster an atmosphere of trust and communication together with a simple use of services, without barriers or formalities.
This store is a GaS & OIL project
OIL's task was to analyze the site's usability for all users, including clerks, directors, consultants, and customers. The project's added value lay in creating a harmonious coexistence of these diverse groups in the same space, highlighting the different areas while maintaining a stylistic coherence that reflected ING's corporate identity.
Overall, the branches are modern, dynamic, and orderly, thanks to the graphic and stylistic strategies employed by the studio to define and customize the spaces according to their use.
The Jump pouf family, produced by Estel and designed by OIL Design Lab, was included in the project.
