The project involves constructing two buildings over a period of three years, with completion expected in 2025. One building will provide around 250 beds at subsidized rates, while the other will offer market-rate housing for over 300 students in spacious units. Both buildings will adhere to the highest international standards for sustainability and energy efficiency, aiming to achieve LEED Gold certification.

This new university accommodation hub will boast a high-quality design, featuring carefully selected materials and a wide range of facilities. These include study rooms, a gym, a yoga room, laundry facilities, a film room, and well-equipped common areas, all designed to meet the needs and preferences of Milan’s growing international student community.
