The “Nopa District” project is scheduled for completion in 2023/24 and represents an investment of roughly 50 million Euros. The aim of the project is the redevelopment of an entire district in the northern quadrant of Parma, a few minutes from the historic centre and near the train station.

The new Nopa District develops a total buildable area of 31,471 square meters and proposes a different approach to the neighbourhood offering a new vision of urban space, innovative mix of functions and responding to the growing residential needs of the city in a variety of typologies.
