The aim of the project is to design a pleasurable place to work, that would feel almost like home, inspiring workers to exchange ideas, collaborate and communicate with each other. The idea of the new RCI Banque offices is to create a mix between a traditional office and the new trends of smart office.

The objectives of this project encompass multiple elements, primarily integrating open-plan fixed workstations, ample closed meeting spaces, and a diverse array of informal meeting areas designed to foster movement, interaction, and teamwork.

This blend of “traditional” office layout and “smart office” concepts mirrors RCI’s evolving culture and acknowledges that different functions require varied approaches and formats.

Each floor is "zoned" with fixed positions distributed along the perimeter to maximize natural light exposure. These areas feature orthogonal shapes, lowered acoustic ceilings, parquet floors, and soft color palettes (white, light green, wood, and gray columns) to enhance individual work and concentration.
